Welcome! I'm Viviana Guzmán, Professor at the Institute of Astrophysics, PUC, Chile. In our research group we study the chemistry of star- and planet-forming regions. By tracing complex organic molecules in protoplanetary disks with telescopes like ALMA, we reveal how life's building blocks emerge as planets take shape.
